Payment
Short stays must be settled in cash or credit card via Paypal except by prior arrangement. Cheques are not accepted. In the event of longer stays, an account can be set up with payment via bank transfer. This may be particularly suitable for bookings made through agencies. All bills must be settled in full before departure.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your booking with us once it has been confirmed, you must advise us by email or facsimile by midday (GMT) 24 hours before the first night of your stay. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective if it is received by our office and confirmed in return by us. No charges will be applied by us if we receive your cancellation within this time. If you wish to cancel after this time, you will be charged for one night’s accomodation at the agreed room rate. In addition, should we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, (requested third-party services etc.) we will charge you a sum to cover the costs, expenses, charges and losses incurred.

Deposits & Guarantees
Subject to availability, we will confirm your booking by sending you a confirmation email or facsimile. Please check your details as soon as you receive this confirmation message and contact us immediately if any of the information which appears on the confirmation message is incorrect or incomplete. We will charge your first night's stay as a deposit guarantee, deductable from your charges at the end of your stay. Remember you must be at least 18 and must be authorised to make the booking for any other person named on the booking.
