All reservations must be paid for in full at the time the booking is made. We generally take all payments by Paypal, but can also take payment via BACS transfer if required. We do not take credit card payments, or payments by cheque.
Should you need to cancel your booking with us once it has been confirmed, you must advise us by email or facsimile by midday (GMT) seven days before the first night of your stay. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective if it is received by our office and confirmed in return by us. No charges will be applied by us if we receive your cancellation within this time. If you wish to cancel your booking after this time, any reimbursement of your payment will be made entirely at our discretion.
